Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your Pinloop account and data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
- In the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete Account.
- By email: write to pins@pinloop.me from your account email and ask us to delete your account.
What is deleted
Your profile and account, your saved shipping address (held encrypted), your pin catalog, listings, photos and collections, your preferences, and usage data tied to your account.
What is retained, and why
A few records are kept for a limited time to protect other traders and meet legal obligations, mainly records of completed or disputed trades and their frozen conversations, dispute records, and anything we are legally required to keep. These are access-restricted and are deleted or de-identified once no longer needed. The exact retention period is being finalized with our review and will appear here and in the Privacy Policy.
Deletion is permanent. If you only want to stop, you can log out or ask us to pause your account instead.
