Pinloop is a marketplace where collectors trade physical enamel pins they own. The photos and listings on Pinloop are uploaded by those collectors, not by us. If you believe content on Pinloop infringes your copyright, you can send us a takedown notice and we will act on it under the process below.

How to file a takedown notice

To be effective, your written notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and enough information for us to locate it. For example, the listing or image URL, or the pin and the account.
4. Your contact information: name, address, phone, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What we do

• On a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the identified material promptly and notify the collector who posted it.
• We forward the notice, or its substance, to that collector so they can respond.
• We keep a record of notices and of the actions we took.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent. It must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and phone, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and to accepting service from the complaining party.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days, unless the complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the collector.

Repeat infringers

Pinloop terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of collectors who are repeat infringers.

A note on pins and trademarks

Photographs of pins are the poster’s own photos, taken of a physical item they own. Trademark and design questions about the pins themselves are separate from photo copyright, and genuine intellectual-property concerns of either kind can be raised with us at the address above. Pinloop does not manufacture, sell, or authenticate pins, and claims no rights in any pin design, character, or trademark. Pinloop is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Disney. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
