Pinloop is built for honest collectors. These are the basics that keep it that way.

Who can be here

Adults 18 and older. Every trader is identity-verified before their first trade.

Trade honestly

Honor the trades you agree to, and ship promptly.
Disclose every known flaw, and show each pin front and back.
Tell the truth about authenticity. Replica and uncertain pins are welcome only if disclosed as such.

Not allowed

Harassment, hate, or threats; sharing someone's private information.
Scams, fraud, or misrepresenting a pin's condition or authenticity.
Soliciting off-platform trades to dodge verification, disclosure, or the dispute process.

Reporting

You can report content and restrict contact from other users. See Trust & Safety for how we act on reports.
