Terms of Service

Effective date: August 1, 2026

Pinloop is operated by Pin Me Up Co LLC and developed and published by Cadence Creative Studio LLC (together, “Pinloop,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company”). These Terms are a contract between you and the Company. By creating an account or using Pinloop, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Pinloop.

Who can use Pinloop

You must be 18 or older. Trading, messaging, and other collector features require you to verify your identity first (see below). One account per person. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

What Pinloop is, and what it is not

Pinloop is software that helps collectors find each other, catalog pins, and arrange trades. Pinloop is never a party to a trade. We do not own, hold, inspect, or take custody of any pin, and we do not hold trade funds. A trade is an agreement between the two collectors, not with us.

Identity verification

Verification is performed by Stripe using Stripe Identity. It confirms that you are a real person and that you are 18 or older. We keep only the result, not your ID document or date of birth (see our Privacy Policy). Verification helps keep Pinloop a community of real, verified people. It does not guarantee any trade outcome or any collector’s conduct.

Fees

All fees are charged by Pin Me Up Co LLC as the operator and merchant of record. Using Pinloop involves a one-time identity verification fee, charged before you can trade. The exact amount is shown to you before you pay, and it is set at approximately the cost of the verification check. The identity-verification fee is non-refundable once the verification process has been initiated, except where a refund is required by applicable law, or where verification could not be completed due to a technical error on our part, in which case the fee will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping-label charges reflect the actual carrier cost plus applicable processing and platform fees, disclosed to you before purchase, and are non-refundable once a label has been generated.

Subscriptions (Pinloop Premium)

Pinloop Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription. You never need it to trade, message, or use the rest of Pinloop. It is offered in two monthly tiers: Founding Monthly at $4.99 per month, and Standard Monthly at $7.99 per month. Which tier you are offered is shown to you before you buy.

• Premium is sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price for your tier.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep Premium access until then. The current period is not prorated or refunded.
• Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by Pin Me Up Co LLC.

Ending a Premium subscription never affects your Identity Verified status, your collection, or your account standing.

How trading works

• You may only list physical pins that you personally own and possess. Photographs must be your own, taken of the actual item. Listing items you do not own, or using someone else’s photographs, is prohibited.
• Authenticity and condition are the owner’s disclosures. Pinloop surfaces them and requires front-and-back photos, but Pinloop does not authenticate pins or guarantee any pin is genuine or as described.
• Addresses are released only after both collectors agree to a trade, and only for that trade.
• Trades ship through platform labels with tracking; delivery is confirmed by the carrier scan. Disputes follow our published process, which weighs tracking and delivery evidence.
• You are responsible for shipping what you agreed to, in the condition you disclosed, and for complying with all laws that apply to your trade.

Your conduct and content

Follow our Community Guidelines. Do not list counterfeit or misrepresented items, harass other collectors, take trades off-platform to evade protections, or misuse the service. You keep ownership of the content you post and grant Pinloop a limited license to display and operate it within the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or the Guidelines.

Intellectual property

Pinloop does not manufacture, sell, or authenticate pins, and claims no rights in any pin design, character, or trademark. Pins listed here are physical items owned by individual collectors and photographed by them. All trademarks and copyrights in pin designs belong to their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and you believe content on Pinloop infringes your rights, write to pins@pinloop.me or to Pin Me Up Co LLC, 16440 Windsor Cay Blvd, Clermont, FL 34714, and we will review it under our Copyright and IP Complaints process. Identify the material and where it appears, describe the right you hold, and give us contact details we can reply to. We remove or disable material that infringes, we tell the collector who posted it, and we terminate repeat infringers.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Pinloop is provided “as is.” Because we are not a party to trades and do not authenticate pins, we do not guarantee any trade, any collector’s conduct, or that any pin is authentic. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). The service facilitates peer-to-peer trades between users; we are not a party to any trade and are not responsible for the condition, authenticity, or delivery of items traded between users. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

Disputes, governing law, and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Lake County, Florida. You and the Company agree that any dispute shall be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding (class-action waiver). Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. If the arbitration or class-action waiver is found unenforceable, any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida. We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above when we do; continued use means you accept the update.
