Pinloop is designed so you can make claims verifiable instead of asking anyone for blind faith. Here is how we keep the community safe.

Content and conduct

You can report objectionable content or behavior from any listing or trade.
You can restrict contact from any user.
At launch, there is no open messaging between strangers. Conversation happens inside a trade, which keeps unwanted contact minimal by design.

Our commitment

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior promptly, typically within 24 hours, and we act on them: warning, restricting, suspending, or removing accounts based on the pattern of behavior. Removal is always a human decision.

Built-in protections

Every trader is identity-verified. Real, accountable people.
Addresses are encrypted and released only on mutual agreement, for that trade.
Every pin is shown front and back, with condition and authenticity disclosed by the owner.
Delivery is confirmed by tracking, and higher-value trades require insurance.
